Your best bet is to find a community college program. The price is reasonable and they are well thought of. Search google.com for community college culinary and the name of your city or state.

Most accredit colleges offer online programs these days. A good place to do research for free is Program Advisor. They have a lenghty listing of colleges offering degrees related to the restaurant industry.
You can also research scholarship opportunities on that site. All information there is provided free of charge.
Good luck!
